Things are going well on the side of training.

I have hit my goal for monday already and it is sunday.

I will burn bad monday/tuesday

IF you forgot the workout to tear my body down for power is:

10 sets of 10 @ 80-pounds dual-armed curl.
10 sets of 30 @ 60-pounds dual-armed curl.
10 sets of 50 full sit-ups.
10 sets of 15 leg lift crunch.
10 sets of 15 regular pushup
10 sets of 5 fist-pushups
10 sets of 5 pull-ups.
10 sets of 5 60-pound squats.
3-mile run.

One more week of 3-mile runs then I go to a 6 mile run.

Tonight I set a new situp max, I am flexing my core to a full flex and then doing the situp it hurts like hell but it is good.

For this flexed situp my best is 50 in a row now, it was 35 earlier.

For a regular situp my best single set is 125. I have done 8 sets in an entire workout at 125 before.

Since things are going bad at work I'm gonna see if I can get my training partner to train with me Thursday and friday of this coming week.
