I've torn up my training for today. I feel great, not sore by any means!
I felt no reason to stop after the goal I set for myself, so I tossed something new into my regimen.
I have added in overhead lifts in my regimen. I am impressed with my strength in enduring the new lift.
I did 15 sets of 5 lifts in front of the head and to the rear of the head along with 5 sets of 10 of each to finish the night off.
Throughout life there are bumps along the way some may be painful...others not...who gives a damn in the end you'll still die
