Weight Gain Tips
Hey people, ok so I'm new to the whole MMA scene. I have a minimal background with amateur wrestling and not a whole lot else. I have recently started training and getting into shape. My problem is I can't gain weight if my life depended on it. My goal is to reach 200lbs, as I stand now I am 6'4 and 160lbs. Any tips on weight gain or workout regiments to gain weight would be greatly appreciated.
