Mixed grip on deadlifts?
Yes or no? Why, why not?
I've been playing with a mixed grip for a bit now, and it at least seems like I've been movin' more weight this way. I'm just not sure if it's a placebo effect and the benefits of a mixed grip is a myth. Or if perhaps it's a bad habit because it works the sides of the body differently. Or if I should be alternating which hand is the over and which the under. Or if it's totally irrelevant so long as I'm moving more weight to work the back and legs more.
Any input is appreciated.
