At last after all the crap I've gone through I was able to get a full workout in.
I got in a nice overall body workout in along with 2 hours on the bag today.
I went for technique/ conditioning on the bag.
I am glad that my technique really has hit the can in 2-weeks of doing nothing.
I attacked the bag with a hell of ferocity, it feels good to lash out.
I ended up throwing 400 right roundhouses, 400 snapping left roundhouse, around 100 thrust-kicks.
I can't say for certain how heavy my hand-strikes were in numbers but the count was up there.
I have another day of training tomorrow coming up
