Yes, I probably should be eating a little more. On kickboxing days I do, for sure. But on days when I'm not doing any exercise it generally doesn't leave me hungry, and that's how I tend to measure if I'm eating enough...but like I said, you're probably right. Next off-day I'll add at least a couplde hundred more calories.
