I quit smoking last week after 20+ years of it and it's NOT a easy habbit to break. Chewing helped me quit cold turkey but quiting chewing is easier then the habbit of smoking.
I really had no Problem at all with it bizarrely. The last cigarette was just so disgusting, that I just said like why are you doing this to you??
I didn't finished this cigarette. Just half and then never touched one again, after a couple of years of smoking.
