i took a pic today, but my computer is being dumb so i'll try to upload it tommorow....i weighed in today at.....161.2! thats a huge drop! it should slow down this week though, and at a pound a week i figure it will take me about 3-4 months to get to 145-150...i'd like to get to 145 as im sick of cutting weight, but im content with 150

anyways:

workout 1: jump rope 10 minutes, 3 5 minute rounds on the bag, 10 minutes stretching

workout 2: 100 ab twists
3 sets of 30 triangle pushups
3 sets of 50 situps
3 sets of 12 pullups
3 sets of 40 dips
1 mile jog

im dead again, but feeling great

breakfast: oatmeal+blueberries, multivitamin, b6, b12, and acai supplement

lunch: pork chop, corn, green beans, and brown rice

snack: protein shake (20g)

dinner: spinach and mahi mahi
