Hit a rep PR
on oly squats today, 315x12. Pretty brutal set, last 4 reps were real grinders. There is a novice strongman show in the town I will be staying in two weeks. Going to get in touch with the gym running it and see what the deal is. Would be cool to compete.
Weight is right around 215, has been sitting there for a while. With hiking/soccer and lifting I am staying very active. Only problem has been sleeping, there is so much stuff to do down here that sleep is last on my priorities.
I heartily accept the motto, "That government is best which governs least"; and I should like to see it acted up to more rapidly and systematically.
