60' strong workout for back, biceps and abs


120' Muay Thai and some techniques, Sparring arround 60' minutes


70' low level run; for relaxing and cooling down

and Sunday: second rest day

Last week was my regeneration week, because wrestling seminar was hard and i had probs with the regeneration.t
