Private with Gerbil. Warm up with transitions between mount, side control, north south, reverse mount, knee bar. Also got to work on the knee bars from top half guard, bottom half guard, and another option from top half guard. Then we worked backstepping from different positions to build my tranisitions. Backstepping from mount, attacking the turtle, etc. I'm going to go over the technique for the half guard knee bars later, I want a nap before class tonight.
