This week:


60' running with strengh workout: 30 ' warm up every 200 meters exercises: burpees, push ups, sprints etc.


60' MMA Training; strengh endurances and some techniques for grabbling


90' MMA Training: Sparring for Stand Up and Grabbling


45' running for regeneration; low level


90' MMA competition training: strengh endurance workouts at at the punching bag, also at the end some sparring (grabbling)
