Training has gone well, I have another injury on my feet this time it's my right foot.
I am having a hell of a time with Athlete's foot itch. I know it isn't pretty but, I rubbed off a layer of skin on the top of the foot and am having a bit of trouble walking with the pain let alone striking the bag.
I'll be unable to use my right-foot for strikes for 1-3 weeks, I had a similar injury on my left foot about a month ago and that is how long it took me to recover.
I started, a new push up today. Body push-ups, handstand ups are brutal.
