Mon: 10 min jump rope (achilles is going to be very mad at me tomorrow) and standup drills. I love these workouts.
Tue: 3 mile run
Wed: karate (I was late and had to do 50 of all the warmup exercises, eww) then MMA standup, which was pad work. I missed the partner ground striking drills due to driving a kid around. That sucked b/c they're really fun. I hit the bag till I could fall into class.
Fri, Sat, Sun, rested. FAIL
