For sure. I've been seeing improvement. Just got a lot of fat left to burn. Still, little things like "my pushup count has doubled" are awesome.
My biggest problem lately has been losing motivation. I have gained a bit of weight since I have been unable to do MMA as much anymore due to them moving locations... But when I need motivation, I look at a picture of how in shape it used to be and it makes me crazy.
Just stick with it. I didn't do it for long, but I realized that I was able to stay a bit more motivated when I was keeping a training log on here, I may start it up again.
