Worked with bands and chains today.
Worked up to 2x4 at 315, 2x2 at 330. dropped the weight and added some bands. They were tough, not used to that much tension on the weight. Was very different. Did some bands with 135, 225, and 295 on the bar. Each was hard, after the first set of 225 the guy i was lifting with changed to I guess easier bands so we could up the weight.
did some chain work, something like 185 bar weight, around 90-100 lbs chains for a 3x6 i think. a shit load of volume today, we took like 2-4 minute breaks between sets so it was not very intense.
I heartily accept the motto, "That government is best which governs least"; and I should like to see it acted up to more rapidly and systematically.
