My strength trainer has me do partial deads as my primary back lift and then we swap to power cleans for 1-2 weeks and back to partials. So far its working REALLY well and my progress and gains haven't stopped yet but will for sure take a look at it.
I am really liking ramping instead of pyramiding also...
