gaining weight and mma
Hi I´ve a problem and I hope somebody can help me out.
I´ve been training for years Karate and sometimes boxing.
Now I´ve done nothing for a long time and I would like to start MMA. Most of this grappling and boxing and crossfit.
1.How can I gain weight at the same time and do MMA?
2. Can somebody post a workout guide for a week, wich I would always repeat?
3. Is it necessary to lift weights for gaining muscles or is it possible without that to gain weight like this for example:
Mo: 12 p.m. crossfit 19 p.m. grappling
Tu: 12 p.m. crossfit 19 p.m. thai boxing or boxing
and so on to the end of the week.
Is this too much or is it ok? should I run?
If it is not ok can somebody please post a guideline for me?
