Go to and pick a weight routine that fits your schedule (ie how many times a week) and lift. Core strength and leg strength is very important so don't forget those overlooked muscles. Mix that in with cardio and sprints and you should have a pretty well rounded workout. I'm assuming you have fight specific training a few times a week also to get in your heavy bag work and partner stuff.
