Mon 9-20: Super awesome kick shield and pad work. I've noticed that since I've put running back into my training regimen, I have more endurance for jump rope in longer increments. My calves still tighten up, though.
Tue: rested
Wed: rested
Thur: rested
Fri: rested
Sat: rested

I'm taking a rest week. Can you tell?
