I Just Read On Here That, Tito Is Gonna Be Fighting Keith Hackney At Ufc 64...is This A Joke Or For Real??
How can you say his performance against Shamrock was terrible. Is it his fault the old man couldn't take a beating long enough to make it an interesting fight?evilhomer said:Since Tito has made his "comback" to the UFC, his preformance in both the forrest and the shamrock fight were horrible!
So from a managerial standpoint putting Tito up against and older UFC Vet like Keith Hackney and giving him an easy win or a fight where he can dominate, and show off would be the smart thing to do, if the UFC is planning for a Tito + Liddel 2 or Forrest 2 as his next fights.
So you would rather Tito fake a first round to please you? That sounds an awfull lot like WWF to me. Tito did what he came to do. If you are going to blame some one make it Ken Shamrock for being a slouch. MMA is the real deal and thats how it goes down sometimes no matter if it is a super hyped fight or just a prelim in a small show.evilhomer said:i saw it was terrible b/c after all the months or years of hype (depending on how u look at it) tito gave the fans only 1 min and 20 secs of action, and then walked away with 210 grand. To me thats was bullshit out of respect to the fans since he has none for shamrock he should have given at least one round for all the hype
Tito = Overated !!!
Tito is on a 5 fight win streak, in the UFC, that shit aint easy. Tito is a world class fighter. He had some trouble with Forrest, but he controlled the entire fight.evilhomer said:Since Tito has made his "comback" to the UFC, his preformance in both the forrest and the shamrock fight were horrible!

He didn't control the entire fight lol, what fight were you watching, the 2nd and 3rd round forrest was sprawling almost everything. In the 3rd round forrest got a little cocky about the sprawl (he said it himself) and he went down to the ground and thats how he lost it. The first round isn't the entire fight.Cbingham said:Tito is on a 5 fight win streak, in the UFC, that shit aint easy. Tito is a world class fighter. First off, I am not blaming Tito for Shamrock's performance, where did that come from? I think Tito simply out classed him. I completely agree with the stoppage, so I dont know what you are talking about.Spit206Fire said:He didn't control the entire fight lol, what fight were you watching, the 2nd and 3rd round forrest was sprawling almost everything. Also how can you blame tito for shamrocks shitty performance, this is MMA if you want 20 minute fights with UPS and DOWNS go watch WWE. Because MMA fighters do one thing, try to hurt the other guy the most and win the fight, and thats what tito did.
I think he'd probably be fighting Rashard Evans personally, just because forrest is fighting bonner and Liddell is covered pretty well the next few PPV's already against Babalu and Silvia so... thats my best guess. Plus like Deigo i know alot of people want to see Rashard not have a perfect record.
wow buddy wake up, wat ur saying is just non sense, if u want fighters,that donrt try for a round just to make it good for the fans go watch wwe..tito is a great fighter and he came to fight and did wat he had to do to win the fight with the least damage done to himself..dont u think all fighters would want to win in only a minute 20, ur crazy if u think the fighter would rather take a bunch of shots for 3 rounds and win for the fans..cmon man think if u were tito, wat would u have doneevilhomer said:i saw it was terrible b/c after all the months or years of hype (depending on how u look at it) tito gave the fans only 1 min and 20 secs of action, and then walked away with 210 grand. That defense of your statement is even more ridiculous. So anyone who doesn't have long fights is overated and has ripped off the fans. Makes no sense but I don't suspect that is what your purpose is by posting such rubbish.evilhomer said:i saw it was terrible b/c after all the months or years of hype (depending on how u look at it) tito gave the fans only 1 min and 20 secs of action, and then walked away with 210 grand. amen, finally someone who understands..evilhomer said:oh shut up and take tito's **** out of ur mouth Cbingham.
Its obvious to anyone with common sense that it was the UFC giving Tito a push b/c he has the power to bring in fans based on his name...hence MONEY
**** over ken and make him look like a jerk b/c nobody is gonna care about him b/c his career in MMA is over. PRIDE the exact same thing to him when he fought Sakuraba.
u american fans don't even have respect for your american fighters...the honorable thing for the UFC and tito to have done was to give ken one round, thats it, let him go out swinging, that way he could have ended his career sayin he gave it his all.
I just can't have respect for anyone that talks smack for months on end and then gets knocked out quicker 'n' snot...American or not. Has nothing to do with what country I'm from.u american fans don't even have respect for your american fighters...the honorable thing for the UFC and tito to have done was to give ken one round, thats it, let him go out swinging, that way he could have ended his career sayin he gave it his all.
I agree with you about the UFC not owing Ken anything. This is real fighting, so to put off beating someone's ass would be faking, and that just defeates the whole purpose.AxL said:I love watching Ken fight and respect whathe has done. But the U.F.C did not owe him a thing other than to let him win or lose definitively. The questionable stoppage is the only thing I had a problem with. I hope he finds someone to beat so he can go out with a win. As far as Tito is concerned: whoever he fights I will root against him. If he wins he will say the guy was dominated or that he is a bum and if he loses he willl say he did not want to fight them or that they are the best in the sport. I am done bagging on Tito, but I won't root for him either.
I am sure he will get Liddell in January or February. But he needs to fight before then. He hasnt thrown any names out so who knows?
Its funny that you would talk about common sense you jackass, you say Ken got ****ed over? Ken took the fight on his own free will moron, and yes Tito does bring alot of money to the UFC, and why do you suppose that is?? lets think, maybe its because he kicks peoples asses and people will pay to see him fight.evilhomer said:oh shut up and take tito's **** out of ur mouth Cbingham.
