I think being the best fighter you can is your main goal? correct?
You can build strength for MMA by doing weighted dips and pullups and still keep your bike or (have your cake and eat it to!)
what area of your body do you feel weak in that needs to be stronger?
Hill sprints and tire flipping are more specific to the sport OVER deadlifts anyway.
I think when money is a problem = you have to be more creative for your situation
