what kind of weight?

Are you going for muscular weight gain mostly or you just dont care what kind of weight you gain meaning it could be lots of fat and muscle?

whatever you decide you have to eat more but if it's more muscle...
you need to eat more CLEANLY or for the other way...

you can get away with eating what you want (just like any other non-athlete in the world) and as for a basic workout...

You need to focus more on compound lifts to build muscular weight and what you got listed wont build that much muscle
