God I felt exhausted today! I overslept big time until 1:30pm today and sat around watching shows. Today was my only day off this week and the addition of a girl in my life has put a strain on the sleeping. Social lives and jobs are not conducive to training
Tomorrow I have to work the evening so I'll wake up at a reasonable time, finish the Week 2 of my workouts, and get some time in on the bag.
