Mon: jump rope/pushups/situps/plank interval warmup, then bag drills.
Wed: Sprint/kick shield warmup, then live rolling, which I hadn't done in awhile. I had good partners and learned a few things. Such as, if someone has their hooks in when they're sitting behind you, and you push your elbows and forearms down on their shins, it's very painful.
Thur: Judo. We worked o soto gari, uki goshi, o goshi, ippon seioi nage, and I tried to be soft and yielding in randori. That's not always an easy transition if you were just trying to impose your will in a grappling class the night before.
Sat: judo (practiced hidari shizantai entry) and karate (kick drills and dynamic stance/striking drills).
