Ultimate Warrior Workout Week 3 Day 1 Upper Body

3 Minute Knee Grab Situp Test - 80 for a warrior level of 3

All Stationary Warmup Drills 1x10 each
All Band Exercises 1x8 each

Knee Check Pushups 10,10
Uchi Mata Pushups 10,10
Towel Neck Isometrics 3x5 secs, high and low
Closed Grip Bench Press 8,8,8@115lbs
Bar Dips 8,8,8@b/w+10lbs
Chin up 8,8,7@b/w+5lbs
Dumbbell Row 8,8@85lbs
Barbell Curl 8,8,8@75lbs

Crunches/decline bench/alternating punches 16,16,16
Hanging double pike ups 12,12,12
Sit up/decline bench/medicine ball press 12,12,12

Good workout, increased weights on a couple things. The pushup variants today were especially tough. Looking for a place in langley this evening so I'm missing class, however training partner is finally ready to hold mitts for me tonight. Cha-ching!
