Since Tito has made his "comback" to the UFC, his preformance in both the forrest and the shamrock fight were horrible!
So from a managerial standpoint putting Tito up against and older UFC Vet like Keith Hackney and giving him an easy win or a fight where he can dominate, and show off would be the smart thing to do, if the UFC is planning for a Tito + Liddel 2 or Forrest 2 as his next fights.
