Was in a rush and couldn't do the warm up. Good workout.

I did burpees instead of the cardio day in my program. Reason being is the cardio day in my program this week has me jumping off a treadmill going 11.5 mph every 20 seconds to do exercises. This feels kind of sketchy ******* around with a maxed out treadmill while exhausted, and the exercises that I need to do need equipment, which is on a completely different floor in my gym. Pushup burpees are back.
