Still around, just busy. I'm finding it extremely difficult to keep up with this thing lately.

Friday

Taught ladies kickboxing, did abs with them

Ultimate Warrior Workout Week 3 Day 2 Lower Body Workout

Lower Body
Sprawl Deadlifts 4x8@145lbs
Dumbbell Clean and Front Squat 3x8@50lbs each
Barbell Lunge 3x8@60lbs

Was in a rush and couldn't do the warm up. Good workout.

Saturday

Burpees (5x3 minute rounds, 1 min rest)
1 - 31
2 - 28
3 - 25
4 - 25
5 - 26
Total - 135

I did burpees instead of the cardio day in my program. Reason being is the cardio day in my program this week has me jumping off a treadmill going 11.5 mph every 20 seconds to do exercises. This feels kind of sketchy ******* around with a maxed out treadmill while exhausted, and the exercises that I need to do need equipment, which is on a completely different floor in my gym. Pushup burpees are back.
