Working out 6 days a week, pigging out 1 day a week
Does that work? If I work out really really hard for 6 days out of the week and at the end of the week i pig the **** out and eat w/e I want will that screw everything up?
Ill gain like 5 pounds when i wake up the next morning, but start back on my workout routine, and lose the weight within 3 maybe 4 days...
Am i canceling my hard work out by eating a whole bunch that day??? Or is the one day good for me?
