Ultimate Warrior Workout Week 4 Day 1 Upper Body

All Stationary Warmup Drills 1x10 each
All Band Exercises 1x8 each

Knee Check Pushups 10,10
Knee Check to Opposite Side Pushups 10,10
Closed Grip Bench Press 8,8,8@120lbs
Bar Dips 8,8,8@b/w+10lbs
Chin up 8,8,7@b/w+5lbs
Dumbbell Row 8,8@85lbs

Just missed Curls and Abs because I was in a hurry to get to Langley and drop off the deposit before work. I also dropped into my job out there and got told I will be working days, which frees up my nights for training under their regular schedule. Bonus.
