Can't Lose Weight!

Hi everyone.

I know this is a commonly discussed issue but I could do with some extra help.

I've been training for about a year now, and have really kicked up my training and can't lose weight... at all...

I train
Mon - 1 hour kickboxing AM
- 1 hour Muay Thai PM
Tue - 1 hour weights session AM
- 1 hour Muay Thai PM
- 1 hour BJJ PM
Wed - 45mins PT (Strength training) AM
Thurs - 1 hour Muay Thai PM
- 1 hour BJJ PM
Fri - 1 hour boxing AM
- 45mins kickboxing lunch time
Sat - stretch session
Sun - rest

I eat well and clean but still can't lose weight... In fact, I randomly balloon and gain weight for no reason at all.

Any suggestions?

Is it different for girls?
