Yeah. If you wanted to learn mma. You made the right call by taking mma. Crossfit more or less a cardio strength training program. You'll definitely get cardio from your mma class and can hit the gym for your strength training. Also, not all crossfit schools are created equal. I've seen some schools with sloppy techniques which will most likely get you injured while doing your WOD. Good luck with your mma class.
Yeah, I figured too that I will probably get the most out of the mma class. I forgot that they do have a weightlifting class for the mma students, but it's scheduled at a weird time for me because I have work and class. I should be able to go twice a week though. If that doesn't work out, I'm just going to try to fit P90x into my schedule. That will be better than nothing.
