Today I ran 15 km to prove my delusional friend that Judo gives you good conditioning. It was boring and painful, but I did it, and apart from the pain in my legs, I didn't feel very tired at all. Plus I didn't have proper running shoes and I have somewhat flat soles.
I'm now considering to try running half marathon in spring.
