but seriously its gonna hurt a few days.. if possible after say 4 5 days and it is still hurting.. go to a doctor.. sounds like you just were hyper extended.. usually heals up in a few says.. also start more stretching all your joints.. should heal up in a few days as I said.. give it time and try not to use it to much for lifting. though do not keep it in active..
