Mon: AM: guillotine defense in BJJ, ran 2 miles. PM: jump rope and pad work.
Tue: Wrestling for MMA. I jump roped for about 12 min in intervals before class, then we drilled double-leg takedowns and fireman's carry. I think it's a little different from its judo counterpart, kata guruma, in the execution, but I'm not certain.
Wed: A few bag drills, then ran 4.5 miles.
Thur: Judo. Various uchiomi, then tsubame gaeshi.
Fri, Sat, Sun, rested like a piggy.
