Mon: BJJ in the AM wasn't much besides guard passing.
Tue: jumped rope for about 10 min total, then 1/2 hour kata class.
Wed: didn't do anything.
Thur: Judo was butsugari gaiko, which is just randori where the tori attacks constantly, and the uke just tries to evade. Then we went to pins and some ground fighting, which was super awesome.
Fri: Nothing yet. Hopefully I'll run later. Feeling like a fail for not having more cardio the rest of this week.
Fri: 3.5 mile run.
Sat: Judo was more butsugari gaiko and pins. Nobody expects me to shrimp out when they try to pin me muahahaaa!!
