I saw the property coming to market and offered full asking price the first day it was listed and hired a buyers agent just to make sure nothing went wrong. 2 days after my offer the property was mysteriously pulled off the market. Today it is under contract to the brother of the broker my agent works for.
If that's not insider trading I don't know why.

But seriously that sucks.. I wonder if there are any legal repercussions for doing that or is that just the risk you take when dealing with agents?
