This shit has been happening to me all the time as well....it needs to end, right now its 5:18 and if I lay on the couch to watch sports center its all over!!! Can't run or workout cuz of my leg......****!!!!
I need to stop taking naps. I laid down at 6:00 pm yesterday evening to watch a movie, then I woke up at 1:00 am... That is the second time this week. Then it completely throws my sleeping schedule off the next day.
