well, I'm 14 stone / 90KG but don't seem to look it! Most guys who are 14 stone are fat, but I'm 6 ft 2 which 34 inch waist.Think all the weight is in my legs!
I don't want to get slimmer, but would like more muscle and definition. About the shakes etc, I have had shakes for years but want to cut back and go natural without eating loads of meat. I've kind of got sick of that chocolate taste from the shakes! hehe Is choc milk any good? Michael Phelps has it, but mind you he has pizza too!
