Protein man. Lean protein. Animal stacks are great too. You are what 196 lbs? I not too savvy with the whole stone conversion thing. And at 6'2" you're pretty solid. I have a smaller waist 32" but walk around at the same weight but I'm 5'11". With your height it would'nt hurt to bulk up or stay where you are and cut down. Try browsing through that site and read some of the reviews. Or go to your local GNC and shoot the shit with the workers in there they usually know their stuff. I dont know if you have any GNC's or their equal but it's an idea.
