GSP day on the least sore muscles. The ring worm was catching eyes today. I'll gauze it up and wear long sleeves so that I'm not getting looked at like a leper next time.
Everything in my life is in a state of uncertainty, funny how it all comes in cycles. Cutting out caffeine, sleeping pills and alcohol until things clear up. Diving back into my dorky spiritual audiotapes.
