I've got a tentative goal of 10 overall runthroughs but that will be a ways off

i have been thinking and here is the way i think you should progress and since i just started back on it its the way i will progress as well. Just got some extra time today and did three rounds on top of my cardio work out.
take what ever weight you can do 8 or 10 reps per exercise and also go through 6 rounds. make that your routine and increase weight as you get better. Thats the way i am going to do it.
