MMA : am I over doing it?
I've been doing MMA for about 8/9 months 3 times per week. I'm pretty addicted to it and want to do more. Mondays I train for two hours, then One hour on Wednesday then on the weekend I do my own 12 round circuit of skipping, bag, pressups,situps, burpees, dips, etc and maybe some weights on Sunday. I'm 28 and pretty fit as I did alot of sport and weight training before MMA, but I'm not sure if I'm over doing it or not with the two hour classes, plus going to the gym to train? Whats the recommended rest period after training etc?
