relaxing after MMA : I can't sleep
after doing MMA classes for one or two hours I eat and take my shake and sit down, watch tv and read too. but can never ever get a full nights sleep! the next day I feel like sh*t cause I haven't slept properly cause I keep thinking about take downs, submissions and combinations!!! I should mention that I work in an office, so MMA IS the best part of my day!
Anoyone recommend anything for relaxing and turning MMA off in my head so I can sleep? I've heard yoga or meditation is good
