presently I had done only 4 the first time and then added 1earlier when I did it so 5 exercises. I am not sure what I'd wind up working up to in terms of overall volume.
i try to do 6 or 7 exercises. including in this rotation bent over rows upright rows, shoulder press, good mornings, lunges. squats, dead lifts. Sometimes depending on how crowded the gym is i have to cut out an exercise or two. in between circuits i only take the time to get a drink and catch my breath so i guess that would be about 30 seconds maybe less.
