for me it depends on my schedule for school but i would say about 3x a week.
Remember to ease in to this man don't just jump right in. What i have said is a good routine once you get going. You may have to do less sets or rounds or only 2 times a week when you start out but what i have laid out is the place you probably want to get and set as your regular routine. try and do what i have laid out but don't over do it man.
