What Type Of Muay Thai Bag Do I Buy??
I train in MMA 4 times per week and want to buy a Thai heavy bag to practice punching, high, & low kicks at home. I am unsure as to the weight & height of the bag I should buy. If it matters, I am 5'8" 155lbs. I was thinking of the 6' 100 lb bag. Should I go up or down in weight? Thank you.
