I usually start from a southpaw stance even though I'm right handed, it's probably from my JKD training when I was younger.
From the outside:
lead straight* - jab - left straight
lead straight - jab - left hook to the body
jab - left hook fake - spinning back kick
From the inside:
GTFO, I don't belong here!
Take one step back to switch to orthodox stance, then right straight - left hook and open the range to get back on the outside
knees to body - uppercut elbow - horizontal elbow
*the lead straight is similar to the way GSP throws his long range power jab.
