Strength Training

Squats 6,6,6@205lbs
Deadlifts 6,6,6@205lbs
DB Bench 6,6,6@75lbs
Chinups 6,6,6@b/w+5lbs

Weights increased successfully all around. Felt fantastic today.

Lots of gym politics going on in my current one vs. the one opening in a couple weeks. I'm getting asked what my plans are.

Found a sweet pic of the punch that ended me in the last fight. Still no official video available.
