I haven't had a chance to get back to the gym since friday of last week.
I have been working on the simple stuff they were showing me.
Punch-crossing left-right then drop and do the pushups, I am able to do 3 times the amount I did friday night.
Worked for 5 minutes doing a windsheild wiper thing on the ground, and 3 minutes of plank work.
Yesterday I put in about an hour of conditioning, my body is next to fully recovered now from the 1st night.
Throughout life there are bumps along the way some may be painful...others not...who gives a damn in the end you'll still die
